ArmorFiCore Privacy Policy

ArmorFiCore is an operations app used by armored-carrier and cash-logistics companies to manage courier routes, secure bag custody, and ATM/cash-handling jobs. The app is operated by your employer (the carrier company) on servers it controls. SlideSoft provides the software.

What the app processes

• Account data — your username and login credential (PIN). Accounts are created by your administrator; the app has no self-service signup.
• Courier activity records — the routes assigned to you, the bags you scan, timestamps, and job reports you submit.
• Photos you take — receipt or condition photos you explicitly capture and submit inside the app.
• Location (only while actively scanning/reporting) — a periodic beacon may record coarse device location while you are working an assigned route, so custody events can be tied to a stop. The app does not track you outside active working sessions.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• No advertising networks, no third-party analytics SDKs, no social plug-ins are present in the app.
• The app contacts only the server address configured at login (by default the operator's own ArmorFiCore server). There is no background traffic to SlideSoft or any other third party.

Where data lives & who can see it

All records are stored on your operator's own ArmorFiCore server (or the operator's chosen hosting). Access is limited to your operator's staff through role-restricted admin screens. The app transmits over HTTPS/TLS; credentials and session tokens are never sent in plain text.

Data retention & deletion

Because custody records are regulated business records for the operator, deletion is governed by the operator's retention schedule and cannot be performed self-serve from the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, contact your operator's administrator. Accounts are disabled by your administrator when you leave the company.

Children

ArmorFiCore is a workforce tool for employees of a business. It is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
